@Lmrangel, maybe look at JeFit?
I know it has interval timers, so you can set that you want to do "Exercise A" for 30 seconds... but I'm not sure if it will automatically proceed to the next exercise or not, as I've not used the interval feature.

Not sure if this helps but YogaStudio (it's a purple and green lotus flower style icon in the App Store) has the option to save your favourite stretches and arrange them into a routine that fits your time limit (10/15/20/30 etc minutes).
I've found it incredibly useful and it's the only customisable (and user friendly) one i've come across. I think it's about £3 but i've used it religiously.

Give Argus by Azumio a try. They have a exercise tracking. You select what types of workouts you are doing and for how long. Plus I am pretty sure you can connect you Fitbit to it, but don't quote me on that!
