Hello, I am Kris, 60. I am since my youth obese, and since an accident at the job where I fell and had several surgeries done, I was diagnosed with arthrose, psoriasis and dermatitis, also with diabetis type 2, of which the values are under control without medicaments. For this I have decided for a new lyfestile with much more activity. walking/swimming/fitness and change in food.
