Best AnswerWay to go @julie_jelt! Just keep up with slow and steady progress. Don't beat yourself up for 1 missed day. Move forward to the next. We all make mistakes and we all need to rest sometimes too!
You may want to make sure you are planning a rest day. I was also a Wednesday quitter because I was exhausted by then. So, I made Wednesday a rest day. That way I wasn't quitting on my goals. My goals included a day to recharge after a few stressful days!
There are always some work arounds expecially in the beginning! Happy Stepping!
