Love feeling good

Last Monday I started out with a new plan and the determination to start a new fitness and healthy life.  I usually quit on Wednesday's but last week I flew past that.  I am on day 7 and feel so great I just wanted to let you know!!!Woman Very Happy

That is great, @julie_jelt!  Just remember to take it slow and steady. Don't try too much change too fast, or it won't last.  Keep on Stepping!

Way to go @julie_jelt!  Just keep up with slow and steady progress.   Don't beat yourself up for 1 missed day.  Move forward to the next.  We all make mistakes and we all need to rest sometimes too!

 

You may want to make sure you are planning a rest day.  I was also a Wednesday quitter because I was exhausted by then.  So, I made Wednesday a rest day.  That way I wasn't quitting on my goals.  My goals included a day to recharge after a few stressful days!

 

There are always some work arounds expecially in the beginning!  Happy Stepping!
