Hi
does anyone else experience this? My RHR is on average 53bpm I don't exercise I am just active in the fact I have 2 small children to look after but I can spend anywhere from 4 to 7 hours a day in Fat burn. it does seem a bit excessive.

Also remember that the standard HR zones use a generic formula (max HR = 220 - age, and zone threshold are calculated as percentages of that) that doesn’t necessarily apply to you. For instance, my max. HR based on age should be 220 - 56 = 164, but it is in fact about 180.
Here is an app that will let you determine your custom HR zones:

In your Fitbit account, you can edit the standard HR zones to match your own personalized zones (if necessary/applicable).

Sounds very similar to me (minus the kids). I got back to a RHR of 53 BPM since yesterday again and I am just up on my feet and walking mostly. I do yoga, but that is not a cardio sport. Being active for the biggest part of your day does that for you.
