MS Health Vault or other Website/App for Centralized Data Collection.

I am still new here so I am not sure what all is available for options. Recently I bought a Fitbit Charge HR and I love the thing. And now I am looking for a centralized website that I can put everything together, but will also sync my Fitbit data as well. It would be something that I can keep my medical files from my doctor in, record blood presure readings, all the stuff that Fitbit keeps track of, and more. 

A coworker told me to checkout Microsoft Health Vault, but I was wondering what other options might be available. MHV seems to be clunky with limmited options. My health care provider has a centeralized system, but it will not conenct with any outside apps.

One possibility would be to download your Fitbit data to a Google spreadsheet, as explained here (works really well). You can easily add your own data (for items not tracked by Fitbit), and since it's in the cloud, you can choose to share it with whomever you want (for instance your health care provider).
