Did you mean:

Migraines stop my activity.

 This has been a very difficult week and a half. I've had a migraine for 5 days with no relief (even from a MedExpress visit today), so I can't seem to get my steps or exercise in. Any suggestions out there?

@Mistdean

My advice is to not worry over it. Migraine attacks can be heavy and already a lot of work for your body. Why not recover first and when you feel better worry about your steps again? Missing 5 days due to that might be very frustrating, but totally ok and your body needs time to recover first.

@Esya you're so right! I'm definitely taking your advice. My body certainly needs to heal after this chaos! Thanks!

Rest up!  I had a 5 day migraine and vertigo 2 weeks ago and was exhausted for days afterward.  Feel better soon

I suffer from chronic migraine so find it very hard to get my steps in sometimes as all I can do is lie in bed then maybe move to the sofa.

Rest when you need to rest. There is no shame in missing a few days because your body is ill! Rest and then you can start again.

Feel free to friend me if you want a Fitbit friend who also has migraines for some encouragement 🙂
