Motivation is seriously needed as I try and turn my health around as I'm battling a few conditions that I know I can change and get under control before something serious happens. I currently can not do any challenges as I'm recovering from 2 Stress Fractures in my foot otherwise please feel free to send me a friend request I will accept from Men however don't ask any personal questions such as I want to get to know you better, about my family if i'm married (YES), if I have kids and Etc Don't even go there you will get deleted asap and reported.

@SunsetRunner hey there! It sounds to me like you have all the motivation you need with the reasons you listed in your post. I think you need commitment. motivation is governed by emotion. so it comes and goes depending on how we are feeling. commitment on the other hand is rooted in the belief that there is nothing more important than what you need to do for fitness. Much luck in your journey! I am sure you will find great success.
