Instead of flopping on the sofa, try getting up and jogging in place, at least during the commercials. Also, find something that you like to do and make a date to do it. My sister and I have a regular time to go to the gym. We don't skip our gym time because we both know we are meeting there. Maybe you could make a date for tennis or even a walk. My last suggestion is to do something with your child. I "hired" my nephew as my personal trainer when he young. He was happy to play with me out in the yard.
