Forget the thoughts--the mind is a trap. Get out, take a walk, and feel how much better you feel afterwards. Repeat.

Work out...eat... sleep...repeat!

leelee24:  Lee:  I ran 6 miles everyday for over 25 years then switched to using an elliptical, stationary bike and rowing machine using 2 of the 3 on alternate days.  I exercise today because it felt good yesterday and today and will exercise tomorrow because it felt good today.  I love the endorphins released (the source of the "runners high).  Motivation comes from inside an individual.  Exercise for 14 day and you will change your behavior, quit for three days and you will need to start over because quitting becomes easy.

you do it for your body. it needs you to keep it moving, to keep it fed right, to get decent rest. It will reward you for your effort. It isn't your mind dictating terms, it is your body.

Keep going.
This is a daily struggle for me recently, but I just force myself to do the workout even when I’m dead set against it, and I always feel much better afterwards. Exercise endorphins are real.

You have to take a walk to free up your mind.

I long walk on the beach is a good therapy to clear our minds. I love the ocean, looking to it while I walk has helped me to feel alive and keep going. I'd recommend you to do this.
