Mount Snowdon walk

My sis is doing a Mount Snowdon walk for a charity called Epilepsy Action

I'd join her, but the amount of effort, height and lack of health support etc, it would not be advisable, not to mention if my doctor found out, he'd have kittens/babies/go mental, considering he didn't take it too well when we changed my medication amount, any changes by anyone, including hospital etc has to go by him first.....

Although, with my fitbit, I am making it my goal to lose all this excess fat/weight, so that hopefully in 2016 I will be able to fund raise etc for charities like Epilepsy Action who have been wonderful not only for me but many others that suffer from epilepsy

will be interesting to see how many steps her fitbit records.....

@SunsetRunner  Your sister is wonderful.

I'm glad you decided to take it easy on your doctor. It seems doctors don't like it when patients don't follow their directions to the letter.

May your sister do well with her walk and spreading the word about epilepsy.
