My force seems to be logging alot of steps.

ANSWERED

I clean commercial businesses, I do walk alot, but my force fitbit seems to be logging a LOT of steps. I usually log about 10,000 steps a day on my pedometer, but my force flex says I logged in 0ver 15,000 steps today. I am wondering if when I set it up, my measuring of my stride was too large? Anyone have any ideas on this? I want to keep as accurate recording of my activities as possible. And how do I log the water I drink? I see that is one section on the dashboard, how does it know how much water you drink? Thank you for any help!!!

15000 sounds reasonable to me.  I get about 1000/hour at work and feel like I sit 90% of the time.  Some pedometers are programmed to only count 'fitness steps' or ones where you step at least some number of steps in a row.  So quick household type movements don't get counted.

Stride doesn't matter to anything but your distance estimate.

The place to log water is on the food log.  From Dashboard go to Log and scroll down.  Or from the water tile click the bottom right arrow and scroll down.
