So my average sleeping HR is on average between 60-70bpm. My RHR according to the Fitbit app is on average around 68-72bpm.
If I'm sitting at my desk or on the sofa, my BPM is usually around 80bpm.
The thing I'm worried about is when I'm standing up (at the counter at work for example) my heart rate is around 110bpm. And if I walk just 2 minutes to the shop for example, I can expect my HR to jump to around 120-130bpm.
I spent the day walking around London, and my heart rate was at 120-130bpm for the majority of the day. I didn't feel out of breath or even tired in the slightest, I feel completely fine.
Why is my heart rate so high during the day compared to my RHR or sleeping HR? I lift weights regularly, and do the occasional cardio (I can run for several miles no problem). I'm 23 years old, 6ft tall, 12 stone, athletic build

And before anyone asks, I have manually checked all of these readings over the course of several weeks and the fitbit is reading accurately.

It doesn't sound abnormal really . You say you do occasional cardio.Maybe you should do regular cardio and see if everything drops off some.
I was surprised how fast and how much resting heart rate can drop if you just start walking or jogging every day.
Get your doctor to check your blood pressure as well and get an ECG.. Maybe you need a cholesterol medication or a heart medication of some kind.
Can't hurt.
I used to have to get one at work as a yearly check.

What cardio fitness score does Fitbit give you? Otherwise I agree with @Bill_k: your numbers don’t seem to be out of the ordinary.

you sound like a tall lanky guy.. If you don't feel dizzy, exhausted or pukey, then things are working as they should be. Of course consult with your doctor just to be sure, but I think you are doing fine
