My weekly Challenge #4! TNT!

TNT: TIME to EXPLODE

When: This week challenge will start from Tuesday to Thursday.

What: The Challenge will consist of you using explosion and no... not Trinitrotoluene. So if you walk you'll brisk walk, if you run you'll sprint and if you sprint you'll sprint faster. For example if you walk, start walking for 20 second, then Brisk walk for 20 seconds and rest 20 seconds. If you run, start running for 20 seconds, then sprint for 20 seconds and walk for 20 seconds. The number can be in any combination from 10, 20, 30, etc...

Where: Anywhere, park, sidewalk, in your home, office, run in place, etc.

How Long: As long as you like. I tend to do this for 30 minutes because it's all I need and it is exhausting!

I will also be extending last week's challenge for who is still intested in a difficult challenge. If you missed it, check out this link https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Get-Fit/My-weekly-Challenge-3-Are-you-up-for-it/m-p/240608#U240608

I'll do last weeks. 10-20-30. The 10 is no problem as I usually get around 15  aday, 20 is pushing it, and 30 what can I say. 🙂 I will do my best.

I found this one very challenging. I did this by going to the track at my local high school. I ran a lap, walked a lap, ran a lap, etc. I did 8 laps - probably about 25 minutes. Perhaps not quite what you had in mind, but it worked for me.

Did it again by running up a small hill and walking back down again -repeat for about 20 minutes. I actually kind of liked it, and I will do it again.

Got another challenge for this week?
