Myfitnesspal is telling me I burnt few calories, when all I try to do is stay active....help!

According to myfitnesspal, my 2 mile walk on the treadmill this morning, at 3.5 - 4 at all times, only burnt 77 calories.  Seriously?  I'm trying hard to stay active, doing 5 miles each day, but according to mfp, I'm burning very few calories.  What am I doing wrong?

You may have held the rails on the treadmill. If you do that, the Fitbit will likely not log the steps.

your fitnesspal is not calibrated to you, it is an algorithm of an average weight, height and sex. If your tracker has an HR function it will give you a closer to accurate estimation of what you are burning. If it doesn't.. the average you get between what your fitnesspal is saying and the treadmill calories burnt display is probably close to reality. My guess is it should be somewhere around 150 calories.
