How do you find guaranteed time during the day to work out? It seems like I am always busy with something - work, kids, activities, etc.

Getting up earlier was the only way I could cram an exercise regimen into my day; it sucked for the first couple of weeks, but I became acclimatized to the schedule change.

Yeah, that seems like the answer, but I can't get on the treadmill because it will wake up my kids. I guess if I go this route, I'll have to look into more quiet exercise.

I go to classes at my gym, and schedule it in like any other appointment. If I leave it up to working out only when I have time, it won't happen, because there's always something else to do. Joining a running group, or scheduling a workout with a friend would work, too.

I also wake up before the house, I too cannot use my treadmill because of the noise so i started doing at home DVDs you don't need the sound plug in the headphones and away I go!

For me I have to do my workouts in the evening because when my zero hour class starts I'll be starting work at 6:50 in the morning! I find that attending classes at my gym has helped a lot as I have to keep that time clear for that class.
