Today starts a brand new month 🙂 What are your goals for June?
Personally, I look at June as my start to summer. My goals are to increase my steps by an average of 2,500 per day and be consistently workout for 5 days a week.
It is time to step it up and make June a great month!

my June goals are to get out and enjoy the summer more. I am a highly routine person, so I have to force myself to step out of my routine and do something out of the ordinary. so far, I have failed for the first 12 days of June, but new week new opportunity. There is a concert in the park every wednesday and friday near where I live. I am going to do at least one of them if not both. my steps can take a hit that day.. and who knows maybe I will be inspired to dance which is way more aerobic that just walking..
