Honestly when it comes to fitness is to do something you love doing. If you like playing basketball go do that and work your way up. I know with me if I did a workout that I hated and dreaded each day I eventually gave up. So I guess my tip is to experiment with new workouts and activites to find ones that you enjoy.

For sure!

I engage in a lot of basketball and hit the gym 4-6 times a week!

Just recovering from a back injury but can't wait to get back into it!

Anyone else here that plays basketball?
