New to Fitbit

Hello! I just got my fitbit about 4 days ago and am looking for fitbit friends. I'm 28, a BSN nursing student in Knoxville, TN with less than 2 months till graduation! I'm hoping to be a cardiac nurse.

I'm originally from Tampa, FL and right now I'm about 35 pounds overweight due to the intensive nature of nursing school studying and scheduling. Hopefully I'll be able to increase my activity over the next few months and start a real routine in September once I graduate. Right now, I'm only going to the gym when I can but I walk like crazy all over the unit. I currently do about 36 hours or more (12 hours/shift) for nursing preceptorship, so I'm getting my walking in.

Invite me as a friend please!!

Hi there.  I'm pretty new myself...just started 10 days ago.  So far the fitbit is very motivating, but I think having FB friends will be motivating in the long run.  I sent you a request.  BTW, I'm a social worker in NY. Congrats on your upcoming graduation!

I'd like to friend you!  I think it's great that you've chosen cardiac nursing.  What a great way to make a major difference in the lives of others.  Please invite me to friend you, and I will confirm it.  I haven't yet figured out how to initiate or invite friends--still a newbie, and not very tech minded.  Smiley Happy
