I'm new too!  I'm on Nutrisystem (lost 20 pounds so far, since picture was taken), and got the Fitbit, which I love.  I'm doing more walking and moving, always competing with myself and watching those numbers grow.  This is another one of the smartest things I've done for my health!

Resistance training and Weights will do it.

For Weights, 3 Sets at 8 to 12 Repetitions for leaner looking muscle, or 6 to 8 Repetitions for bulk.
