Noob question about heart rate monitor display

I have a stationary bike.  I'd like to use the heart rate monitor function to keep my heart rate in a cardio zone for 30 minutes.  I haven't figured out a way to have my phone (Android Fitbit app) continuously display my heart rate.  Checking my Charge 2 on a continual basis isn't practical.

Suggestions?

Thank you!

Rick

Isn't the main 'Today' screen of the Fitbit app showing heart rate?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I've got a small icon down the list.  For me, the main Today view shows steps, not HR.  Ideally, I'd like a real time chart showing the last x minutes of heart rate.

The fitbit doesn't actually have to be on your wrist to show heart rate. Maybe just hold it in your hand. It should be on the main screen though. I doubt you can customize your own chart solely with the fitbit app.
