Not Awarding Me Trophies!

Hi all!  I don't seem to be awarded trophies I'm 100% sure should be unlocked but are staying locked!  It only seems to be the ones which say "Beat your personal best to earn this award" on the Goal Day, Daily Showdown and Weekend Warrior trophies - whereas I have outdone my personal best on all these challenges (both best scores on the actual challenge and best scores on individual days during these challenges) they still won't unlock - even on the Workweek Hustle personal best trophy, that one is unlocked but is saying my personal best is 105,000 steps but on last week's hustle i scored 111,000 steps but not updated - everything is synced, am I doing something wrong?

Don't moan or whinge unless you're in the process of changing something. If you aren't prepared to take action, you lose the right to moan or whinge.

That is how the fitbit system works. Once you beat your personal best and fitbit reconigzes it then that trophy will be unlocked. If you didn't get the trophy you want yet, it's because you never unlocked it according to fitbit's standards. I hope this helps you.

Did you maybe manually log any of those steps?  I believe only tracked steps count towards challenge goals.

This is the problem though - Fitbit's standard in the case of these trophies is to outdo your personal best - I have outdone my personal best a few times on all of these challenges but it still doesn't unlock the personal best trophy - I've got all the winners and goal streak trophies but there seems to be an issue with the personal best ones.

No, I never log anything manually and leave it all to the Fitbit and syncing.
