Curious to,see what members will post. I am 74 and my cardio score is 53. I have been recording my running miles for nearly 42 years (currently at 88,3xx miles and counting).
For those of you into VO2 mine is listed with my Garmin running watch as 44.Very grateful to still be running 40-50 miles a week.. Remember, there is no finish line. Nick

Hi Nick, well done. I think Fitbit must be trying to kill me! My cardio load today was 315. Fitbit tells me my range should be 354 to 391!!! My average for the year is between 200 and 205. The target always seems a bit arbitrary to me. I am not at all seeking to say what a wonderful cardio the wood I am achieving I am just worried that I will never reach the target!! I am a youngster of 66!

Male, 52 years of age. 42 is my cardio score (very good for men my age). My typical weeks is 2 runs & 2 resistance days Monday to Thursday then ending the week with a longer, slower cardio (walk, run or exercise bike) session on the weekend whenever I can fit it in.
My thing now is trying to keep my fitbit telling me I'm "improving fitness" on the new cardio load/target load thing to see if it actually helps me raise my score or not.

I'm a 70 year old male with a score of 36/40. It says that's good for my age. But I'm seeing conflicting info on that.

I am 69 and my cardio fitness score is currently 41. I have been off for a while after having a surgery, but starting to get back into running.
