Gotta say that I am happily in love with this new fitness regimen of P90 & walking with my fitbit. I recently finished doing Focus T25 while pushing myself to reach daily Fitbit goals and its been great. I lost over 25lbs and 9.8% body fat. I'm looking forward to seeing what transofrmations come from this new 90 day challenge I am embarking on. If you're looking for a new way to push yourself besides just walking all the time. You should give this a either routine a try. I've gone ahead and hyperlinked the programs so you can just click on them and check it out shrt videos to get more info if you're interested. Congratulations on your success so far! I think you've found the right combination for burning calories and eating healthy food to stay fit and lose weight. I don't know much about P90 or T25, but I do believe you can only burn so many calories in a short, intense workout. That's where adding the fitbit and walking regularly comes in. You burn more calories, over a longer period of time, without becoming exhausted.
