Hello all!
I recently started a workout that has a lot of jumping/plyo stuff in it -- and I LOVE how much it makes me sweat, but it is MURDERING the balls of my feet 😕
Anyone have any tips or suggestions -- different shoes perhaps? (I was wearing Nike Frees and then switched to my New Balances which were better but not by much.) Could it be something I'm doing form-wise?
Any thoughts would be appreciated!

Best Answerif its really murdering the balls of your feet, its probably the issue with your landing. i am flat footed and if i do not watch myself, i have the tendency to really land hard on my feet.
you could also do your workouts on a softer surface, especially when you are still learning how to land the right way.

I've been wearing Nike Frees for a few years, and lately notice that my feet are going numb during some exercises. Last week I bought two pairs of Rykas, and the numbness is now minimal. These shoes have great shock absorbtion in their insoles.

I use a lacrosse ball to massage my feet after exercising, I think it helps a lot.
Best AnswerThanks for the suggestion! I am in the market for new shoes, so I will order a pair of these and see how they feel! 😄
