I would suggest setting a weight gain goal. Something appropriate for your pregnancy.
That would allow you to eat more calories until you have your baby, and then you can go with a deficit once your new baby is here.
And congratulations!!!!

I'm also a nurse and wish that the clock display would have the option of a 24 hour clock.
Are you sure you cannot set the clock to 24 hours? In your Settings (on the Dashboard), under Personal Info, you have this:
This definitely causes the clock to display in the 24 hour format on the Surge and the Blaze, and I would imagine this would be the case on all other Fitbits as well. Otherwise people in Continental Europe and most places outside North America would be very unhappy.

Hey hey hey @tamara17lynn welcome to the Fitbit Community! 😄 And congratulations! Those are great news. If I may, I'm going to be a dad soon! And I'm impressed with the way my wife is doing. The only weight she's gaining is the baby weight. What's the secret? Well I imagine that is different for every one, but the first 7 months she was swimming 4 days a week and eating mostly fruits and vegetables. No that the swimsuit doesn't suit her, she's walking 10 minutes every day. The baby is going well on her mommy's belly and getting big ( you can trust me).
For the clock display you can follow @Dominique 's instructions 🙂 He is right!
Have a wonderful day! And congratulations!
