Question about Calories

ANSWERED

I am soooo confused. The tracker says I have about 102 calories left to eat. Do I technically have to eat that 102 calories?

Fitbit always examines your activity and makes forward projections. For example if you have a fairly active day the projections would take into account that activity because the calorie increase would be it's calculation on ensuring you are not depleting your body.  No you don't need to go to the fridge.
