Quick Calorie Burning Workout

Hi Everyone,

 

Today I tried a new, quick calorie burning workout. 

 

30 seconds jogging in place

30 seconds squats

30 second jumping jacks

30 seconds squats

 

If you have a laptop, use this online timer to time your workout in 30 second intervals:

http://www.online-stopwatch.com/countdown-timer/

 

Repeat the set 5 times - this will give you a total 10 minute workout. Very simple, and you can do it in your bedroom.
