Recovering

Anybody trying to regain some kind of level of fitness after a period of illness etc..?

I did a year ago.

 

You need to go slow. Listen to DR or PT. It takes time. I spent many hours in the pool on their  recommendation. Best thing I ever did.

 

What is your DR recommending?

Dr recommends to go slow and not expect too much of myself. To remember that I may do damage to surgery if I go too quickly but it is frustrating. Still get tired easily. Do you feel fully recovered one year on?
