Restless leg syndrome

It seems all of this walking has given me crazy legs at bed time. Any advise?

You may not be drinking enough water or it may be low potassium.

I thought of that.  I drink 75 oz of water a day and have a banana every day.  Maybe I should have another banana in the evening?

One banana will not provide all the potassium you need.  Research other good sources of potassium, like potatoes & raisins (both have more potassium than bananas).  You might also try stretching your legs before bed.... works for me to get out the twitches.

Did you switch to your current step level (about 5000 to 10,000 steps per day, based on your profile) from couch potato state? If so, when did the switch happen? Your body may need to adapt to your new habits.

I've been diagnosed with RLS.  One test the doctor did was to check my iron level.  He said that sometimes a supplement is all it takes to correct it.  It may help to look at dietary changes beyond the potassium.  I'm aware of potassium helping cramps, but my doctor didn't mention it or test for it.
