Rising RHR?

Should I be worried? (65 for a week then 67, 69, 71, 72... 😔) is it because of over training? not feeling unwell though..  also noticed that HR easily goes into fat burn zone these few days.. peripheral fat dropped to 10% recently..

Hi @AndyMCT and welcome.

I wouldn't be too concerned. Resting HR will often operate in a range, and 65-72 isn't too large an increase in my opinion. There are many factors that can raise the heart rate--the body fighting an illness, stress, changes in diet, less sleep, over-reaching in training, etc. If it doesn't come down in another week, you may want to look at some of these factors more closely, or reduce training volume/intensity for a bit.

Work out...eat... sleep...repeat!

Thank you @WavyDavey ! Will monitor closely.. meanwhile exercise at a slower pace.. (been trying to keep ~6-7 min/km run x 20-30 min, just to see my cardio fitness score.. 51 currently for 38 yo. Maybe a bit over-reaching for me)
