Ok so there is already a list of good music you are willing to admit to everyone that you listen to while working out. This list is for those songs that you may be ashamed to admit that you listen to while working out.
I guess I'll start, then go hide behind the largest refuse pile I can find 😉
My Coo Ca Choo - Alvan StarDust
Star Trekin - The Firm
Whip it - Devo
Shoop Shoop Diddy WoP Cumma Cumma Wang Dang - Monte Video and the Cassettes (You're gonna have to look this one up for a laugh)
That's it, that's all I'm gonna admit to for now 😉

I have to say there are no songs that I'd be ashamed to admit to listening to - if I would be ashamed to admit it, I would not be listening to it.

There is nothing shameful about listening to "Whip It" while working out. "Star Trekking," on the other hand.... It;s not something I see as a "workout" song, but you do you.
I tend to do a lot of fitness videos, many of which supply their own music. Or if I'm taking a class, again, they supply the music, most of which sucks. (One of the things that sucks about getting older.) But there's nothing I'm ashamed to admitting I play while working out.
For the videos that don't have music (like Fitness Blender or Lucy Wyndham-Read's videos), I am looking for good music. I often work out to the LWR videos in the morning when I'm half-listening to the news.

Perhaps I should rephrase the thread to:
There's this really attractive girl that gets on the treadmill/bike next to you and you have the volume set high on your player so you know she can hear what you're playing. Suddenly Fast Food Rockers starts playing out through your head phones. 🙂
Do you:
A. Quickly change the song
B. Turn it down
C. Ignore it and the girl and let it play
And no I don't listen to that while working out but I do listen to Las Ketchup

Not really ashamed of but I would rather not have anyone hear it:
Bloodhound Gang - The Bad Touch
Surprisingly, really good for the workout 🙂

That's actually a good one to work out to, though if you're watching the video, you may want to turn that off if there are others nearby 😉

I look at this question more like a guilty pleasure not really shameful. I don't know most of the songs mentioned here... but when ice ice baby comes on.. I smile and then look around to see if anyone can hear it...

Not ashamed of it, but will admit it isn't widely played. One of my favorite songs on my walking playlist is Dean Martin singing "The Birds And The Bees". Very peppy and keeps me moving at a good clip with a smile on my face.
