I just recently got a step with risers from my mom, but I can't seem to find any videos that I don't feel clunky doing. I need something simple to start out with. 

 

Any suggestions?

@CRSunrise, if you do a Google search for "youtube step riser exercise videos", you will get a large list of such videos, such as this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rV-87UCJvoQ
