Steps in

I get more steps in just being mindful of doing it.  If I seriously want to get in a particular number I make sure that I add more steps in by taking the kids clothes seperately to their rooms instead of grabbing a whole pile.  I walk longer on the treadmill.  I walk up and down the stairs, whatever it takes to reach that goal and it is usually for 10,000 a day.  I do teach EnhanceFitness classes 3 times a week for an hour so that helps on those days.
