Stop that binge jogging!

Three times a week is best for you... and too much is as bad as doing nothing

 

A UK Daily Mail article, but I tend to disagree with the results as the sample set for light joggers is significantly smaller than the heavy-routine joggers.  Bottom line to take away from this is that getting out and exercising is a part of an overall "wellness" lifestyle.  Thoughts?

The popular press often presents the findings of  single studies as if one study has settled everything. Case closed!! With exclamation points!!!  Not.  That said, I do agree with the bottom line as Lew words it. 

 

BTW, the link in the OP doesn't work at the moment, but I easily found the article with google.
