Has anyone done this program? I just started yesterday, and I am really excited for the next 12 weeks! Just curious to see if anyone else had accomplished it and what your results were.

Strength is a very important part of everyone's life. We neglect to maintain this until it becomes obvious later on in life that we are unable to accomplish normal daily activities. I haven't participated in this program, but am a Fitness Instructor that practices what I preach and witness clients everyday with basic inability to life movements.
Thumbs up for strength training (but not killing training; no pain to gain is rubbish!) 🙂
