I'm on summer break and I'm wondering if there are any other college students that have found ways to get regular exercise at home to replace not having the convenience of a big campus to walk around or multiple free gyms available to them! I'm in Texas, so outdoor exercise isn't the most appealing, and I won't have access to a gym until June when I start my internship at a fitness center (which will probably provide a lot of exercise in and of itself).
Also feel free to add me 🙂 I usually accept challenges, even though I don't always do very well lol

Youtube has a lot available. If you like walking search for Leslie Sansone.
But there are weights and a ton more available to you.

Hi!! I'm a college student as well and I live on a relatively small campus. To stay active I really try to walk everywhere I go (especially my classes since they are so close) and use on the on campus fitness centers whenever I can. I also make myself stick to a schedule and I have found that I miss my workouts less often if I already know that I have a time slot set aside for just that!!
