The web site says over budget, the phone app says under budget?

Is this a bug. The numbers are the same but the dashboard in the browser says I am over budget but the phone app says I am under budget.

I dont think its a bug. I think the phone app strictly is calories in vs out. So, to answer your question I believe the dashboard is the correct number because it should be your expenditure minus whatever you set it to be
