Timing run intervals on blaze?

I just received my new Blaze and am enjoying it so far.  However, I haven't figured out how to automatically time my run/walk intervals.  I usually do 6 minutes of running with 1 minute of walking and repeat until I have completed my desired distance.

There is a place for 5 minute notifications, but not 6 and it doesn't appear to include the 1 minute of walking in the process.

Any suggestions?

FWIW, I do have a Blaze, but for interval training, I’m using Runtastic Pro (on my Android smartphone, which I always carry with me). Runtastic (and probably several other similar running apps) would allow you to define the kind of intervals you are interested in. I only use my Blaze to record the activity (under Exercise).

Apparently it's a suggestion.

I use a free app called Interval Timer on my iphone.
