It took 15 minutes for my Fitbit to connect. I had to reboot my Fitbit by shutting it off and turning it back on. Then it did not count all of my mileage. I hope that they are not doing what Apple was accused of doing. Not updating their older products that will force you in getting their new products.

I have the Versa #2 and I have the Samsung Galaxy 7.....All of the sudden my it happened but it is working now! After I have to shut off my Fitbit and turn it back on/

hey there- as great as technology is, there are always hang ups and things just don't work as expected. I see people still wearing the original Charge HR.. I think Fitbit stands behind its products and will continue to support. Besides, your little buddy isn't old... you have many miles left together.
