Is there a way to track a certain activity. ie: I do a boot camp and would like to know how many calories this activity burns. Or do I need to just subtract the end from the start? Thanks for the input.

Hi .. I tried this out yesterday after I did the stairs at work. If you make a note of when you start and finish bootcamp, and then enter the activity based on that time interval, i think it factors out the calories in that time range. Hope that helps. Good Luck.
