There are plenty of posts on how to change your stride, but that's not my question. I'm looking at purchasing a fitness tracker. I had an Inspire in the past, but it died. I have health issues (that might get worse as I get older - fun times, lol) and want to, you know, stave off symptoms.
In the future I can look forward to the possibility of changes in walking ability or balance. My thought was a fitness tracker of some sort that could highlight changes that might be going on (a graph will do).
Right now, walking, the occasional hike or throwing the ball occurs. Yoga occurs in my life too. The elliptical stares at me judgingly.
I have a small wrist so I need something that is low profile and was looking at the Inspire or Charge. Will either of those 2 help me out? If so, recommendations?
