@Craz453 Congrats on being pregnant! Right now, it's all about you and being healthy for yourself and that little one nestled inside of you.
You can use the log feature of the dashboard to keep track of the calories. Your health care professional will tell you about how many calories a day you should be consuming, but please don't let the weight gain scare you. Being pregnant, you'll be having extra pounds join in for a few months. You can shed those pounds after the baby is born.
Lots of pregnant ladies have posted on here. There may be an activity group or you could start one.
Use your Fitbit to help you stay on target for stepping and the log for counting the calories. You will do just fine.
Welcome to the forums.

Congrats on the baby!
Remember if you step on the scales that there is a baby in there and it will show on the scales so don't panic, what little weight you put on you can get it off again.

you dont have to gain any weight at all. talk to your doctor about a pregnancy safe diet plan on which you get enough essential nutrients and vitamins, fiber and water daily, and still enough low fat protein without overstepping the amount of calories you need to maintain your current weight. It is doable, and my friedn did it. After baby is born you can diet after your 6 week check any way you wish that is heathyl and works for you.
For now, relax and take good care not to elevate your heart rate too much maybe 70% of your maximum, and focus on low impact exercise, - walking, swimming, prenatal yoga, and tai chi are great for pregnant moms, as well as gentle dancing for fun!
