Tracking food might be a challenge during the Holidays

When I'm preparing and eating food on my own it's much easier to track what I'm eating. Although I plan to keep my portions small today (Christmas), I'm not sure how to accurately track the calories.  Any ideas or tips?  Tomorrow I leave for a 10 day ski vacation with 17 family members.  This could also prove tricky.  I'll keep you posted on how it goes.

@yogini-gayle Hey there! Some things that have worked for me, it's that I log each ingredient that the food has so at the end I'll know how many calories I ate for dinner or lunch. How was ski vacation?
