I set a goal for myself for 2021 to run a marathon (26.1 miles) every month if this year. I am doing it all through the month - not at one time (did that once and my body has never been the same...lol). I know Fitbit tracks distance but I also bike ride and it counts those miles too in the total miles. I just want my running miles without having to go through the month and add them on my own. Is there a filter or a way to pull the data or a different way to track so I can do this easily without having to use another app just to get the totals?

Neither Dashboard nor the app supports filtering the data. The best you can do is to sync your runs with Strava and use Strava to filter your data. This should also be helpful for your cycling if you'd like to do a similar analysis at some point.

Hi @inspireubterfly Welcome to our Fitbit Community. The information that shared @t.parker is correct.
In addition, I'd like to share this help article, which explains how you can track your workouts with your Fitbit device.
I'll be around if any question arises.
