Treadmill recommendations?

Hi, I'm looking to buy a treadmill soon but the reviews are all over the place. Does anyone already own a treadmill they've found to be reliable? Brands, models, any price range, all info welcome!!!

I think I've narrowed it down to proform or nordictrack in the 1300 - 1500 price range, but I don't have a lot of reliable info to go on. Many brands are sold out right now too, but I'm willing to wait if I have to.

Features like tablet screens, bluetooth speakers, or fitness subscriptions don't matter to me, I just want something I can walk and jog on indoors. 👟 👟 👟

I loved my Proform. Was very reliable. I had give it up for a Bike 😥☹️

But I would go to a store that has several floor models and get on all of them. You would be surprised at the difference and you need to feel comfortable on it.

@vtp I would go stand on a few at the store. If it isn't possible, narrow your search for reviews by those who identify as runners. They will give you the best review about performance in more intense usage. I have a treadmill and I like it, but as a runner, I wouldn't recommend it. It shakes a bit at random times during a run. It isn't enough for me to start fussing with a warranty, but I wouldn't recommend to a runner. Walking is great. It isn't heavy, it is easy to flip up and down. We have the mid range model, I wish we had gone the next one up- I think it would have made the difference.
