Hey Everyone! I'm curious to know what everyone does to combat the munchies. I try drinking a lot of water and occupying my time when I think about snacking but sometimes that isn't enough! Does anyone else have any other suggestions?

Your telling me I can eat the veggies I want that dont seem right but its worth a try my BIGGEST problem is in the evening watching TV and they go to commerical and show food and I get a sweet tooth and I willl eat a 90 cal snack bar or fruit cocktail 70 cal or low fat low cal Cool whip to suffice... sometime a cup ceral with splenda but I try to stay 1100 calories daily like I said earlier toothpaste taste good when i turn in for sleep.. You think this would get easier because I have been doing it faithful for about 10 weeks ... well one week went I went to BRANSON I CHEATED THREE OR FOUR DAYS but right back on it when i returned home.. THANKS FOR THE REPLIES EVERYONE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
