Ugh...I'm sick...but I still want to workout LOL

I've got a cold or something of the sort, but I still want to workout. Any suggestions?

Try and carry on as normal, just go slower.

I'm going to try today. Was supposed to do Zumba but I don't think that's going to happen.

When your body tells otherwise.. allow yourself to rest.

Thank you guys. Turns out I've got bronchitis. I was hard headed (I can be like that sometimes) and did strength training and Zumba last night... Shouldn't have done that. Looks like I'll be out of commission this weekend :-(.

Since your body is already under stress trying to heal and/or keep fighting off say new bugs - remove another stress you don't need right now and you have control over.

Eat at maintenance - not a diet.

Not the time to deprive your body of food - unless you want to drag the sickness out longer than required.

Thank you all. I've come to realized that I am indeed just human. Lol. This has me down for longer than I expected so I am herding everyone's advice and taking it nice and easy. I'll be back soon enough.
