Using RPEs and Indoor Cycling with Fitbit Coach

Hi,

I'm still learning the ins and outs of Fitbit Coach. I was hoping someone could show me how to figure this out.

For a range of resistance levels on an indoor cycling machine, how do I calculate my proportional RPE scale?

Also, I began watching the video for Ladders on Fitbit Coach. I have no idea where the tutorial for indoor cycling is. Does anybody know where?

While I don't have an answer @NAStrahl since your asking about Fitbit Coach, you may want to edit your subject line to include Fitbit Coach.

This should get the attention of your intended audience.

I don't think I fully understand your questions but let me give it a try. Your RPE you can measure using a scale. Doing a quick search on the internet will give you at least 3 to choose from. You can also figure out your effort by the calories burned per minute. As far as a tutorial on indoor cycling.. this has me puzzled. If I go to fitbit coach and click on workouts and choose indoor cycling, it brings up several workouts that can be done on a stationary bike. each workout is labeled with low, medium and high effort, the estimated calorie burn and the length of the workout. I even saw the Ladder one you mention. What other tutorial are you hoping to see?

When I start to watch the video for the Ladder, the woman mentions
something about a tutorial for indoor cycling.

I thought it would be a tutorial about how to set up a bike machine
property according to whatever RPE scale is used.
