So, lots of GOOD effort being spent fellow fitbitters! But watch that you're not making things harder on yourself than they have to be. Good share from Mind ,Body, Green
Suffice it to say, it isn't a 'diet'...it has to be a lifestyle shift..otherwise you're destined to yo yo..
Its all about what you eat. Get sufficient sleep (most people don't...you need 8 hrs of deep sleep for optimal health), drink lots of water....and don't cheat yourself on carbs, or fats. NOT processed carbs, and not transfats...all are not created equal....

I second VB's statement about healthy eating. It's one half of the wellness and weight loss equation. The other is exercise. You really need to commit to both and make them part of your new lifestyle.
