An interesting article: That fit person who’s ‘got it all together’… doesn’t.

 

I think many of us who are struggling to lose weight, become fitter, eat better etc. will relate.

we are never happy with our bodies, there is always something that we want to improve....

 

bigger this, smaller that, too heavy, too light, list goes on

One comment that stayed with me from the MFP forums (a woman who lost 200+lb) was this:

I thought all my problems would be solved if I lost weight, (when) I did; I still had the same problems, I was only thinner. 

 

I wonder what would happen with my life if all the "main problems" were to be solved; would I still be miserable? What problems would I have then?
